Cory is the Best maintenance guy. He is quick, efficient and friendly. He takes the time to listen and try to get to the heart of the problem or issue.

Now, going on my 4th year at Ridgeview. The community care/cleanliness, floorplans, layout, are all focused and top notch! Where this complex really stands out is with the culture the management/maintenance team has developed, specifically the past 6-8 months. They are always responsive, friendly, and accommodating! Marissa, the current Property Mgr, in every interaction I've had has so much positivity, goes above and beyond, and always leaves me feeling my residency is valued!
