Now, going on my 4th year at Ridgeview. The community care/cleanliness, floorplans, layout, are all focused and top notch! Where this complex really stands out is with the culture the management/maintenance team has developed, specifically the past 6-8 months. They are always responsive, friendly, and accommodating! Marissa, the current Property Mgr, in every interaction I've had has so much positivity, goes above and beyond, and always leaves me feeling my residency is valued!

They did everything to get us approved and moved in, however, I was promised a bottom floor, and received a 2nd floor unit. They didn't offer to show me the apartment until I paid the deposit and signed the lease and it's hard for me to get up and down the stairs. Overall it is a nice apartment, and I'm happy with it, but I'm not happy about being on the second floor

This is a great place! We have awesome management Tiffiney who is so great to talk to and makes sure you know that you are welcome and helps with anything she can, maintenance is great and no matter what help I need I know I can get ahold of Cory and he will make sure he figures out what is going on to make our lives comfortable, he has always been here as fast as possible even if it’s something little that we need help with, he has a great personality, and is fun to talk to! We’ve been at Ridgeview for a few years now. Since we’ve been here so long we’ve had a few property managers and I’ll say that our experience with this complex has completely changed after working with Stephanie. She’s gone above and beyond to make sure we have the information we need and to make things comfortable. Previous property managers simply haven’t measured up. The apartment complex comes with the typical frustrations that folks have with renting. Honestly I would have given like a two or three star review but Stephanie bumped it up significantly. If I was just rating Stephanie and not our experience overall it would be five stars!

I would say ignore all the old negative reviews because Steph (who is newer to the property as she disclosed to me) is an absolute gem of a property manager. From start to finish, she made me feel welcome and at home. I had toured multiple apartment complexes, and because of the most positive experience I had with Steph, I decided on Ridgeview. From the beginning, she was very straightforward and honest about EVERYTHING!!! In my opinion, that is a major green flag!! I was not surprised about any hidden fees at all. All of the questions and concerns I had have been addressed promptly. Steph was so thorough in her explanations I never felt confused or overwhelmed at all. She even went out of her way to make sure that my carpets were cleaned again as per my request prior to moving in. I seriously wish I could give her more than 5 stars. She definitely deserves a raise!! Steph is definitely one of those rare property managers who actually cares about her residents!

I’m honestly surprised that this place doesn’t have a higher review rating. The management office has been so helpful to me every time I’ve had a question or a concern. The maintenance guy is awesome, very friendly and helpful. Not only does he fix my issues, but he also explains what I can do if little problems come up. I’ve lived here for over three years, and I don’t plan on leaving. I wasn’t happy with the recent rent increase, but it hasn’t been as big an increase as my friends who live elsewhere.

Audra manages the property on her own, but you would never guess that with how well she takes care of everything. She's very professional and pleasant to interact with, always answers questions clearly, and is very understanding and personable. Cory does a wonderful job with maintenance. We recently had a light fixture break in our apartment. I called Audra in othe office and let her know and she sent Curtis over the same day to repair it. When they found that it couldn't be repaired, they replaced it with a great new fixture in just a couple of days. Audra is very friendly and helpful when I call and lets me know they will take care of it. In my experience with Audra and Curtis, they do take care of it well, and in a friendly way. They were also very helpful on a day where I didn't have my keys and needed to get into my apartment. They had some keys ready for me and even checked on us to make sure the keys worked. When I saw Curtis and Audra in the office they were very friendly and willing to help. I have found that Audra has been a great manager, and keeps things running well. Curtis has been great as well assisting with our maintenance needs as well as making sure it is all working. We enjoy living at Ridgeview and have been here almost 4 years. The management team is responsive, friendly and helpful, and I appreciate it very much.

We moved in, September 2019, and have enjoyed living here it’s close to downtown and a lot of fun parks for our kids (one we can walk to). Cody, the maintenance guy does a great job of making sure work orders are taken care of in a timely manner, as well. The property is well kept by their team and they’re responsive to issue of people not picking up after their pets. The dog park is small and doesn’t have anything for the dogs in it 😔. The rooms are good size and the bottom floor unites have 12’ vaulted ceilings, which helps with the space feeling bigger. The floors and walls are not as insulated as most apartments we’ve lived in and at times we can hear neighbors talking, even the ones upstairs. The manager is quick to resolve issues within the property, as well as noise complaints. Quiet hours are reasonable. There’s a lot of good green space for the kids to play in and use their imagination. The public park being within walking distance makes up for the lack of one on sight. Unless you’re in building I or H, the interstate noise is minimal. Overall it’s been a great place to live.

Audra the manager is amazing! She gets back to you so quick. A little pricey, so saving money is best if you are on a budget but so worth it! Clean grounds, nice people. Slim on visitor parking but plenty of street parking! Love it all around so far!

Our heater went out the other day and I submitted a maintenance request online before heading to the gym, by the time I got back from the gym it was already fixed! SO amazing! I have never met someone so professional that handled everything in a timely manner before I met Nataly. She has taken such good care of my boyfriend and his kids. She's very understanding and hard working. People often complained of her not being in the office, but she is the only one handling it so I can understand that. The maintenance man is very hard working and does it in a timely and efficient manner. The grounds are well kept and the photos actually reflect what the units look like. Safe for kids to play alone and your packages can be dropped off without getting stolen! Highly recommend these for the beautiful layout and the most helpful manager and maintenance man you could ask for. Makes you forget its an apartment and feels like a home.

We've lived here for 4 years, first we started in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and were there for 10 months then moved into a townhouse. We've only ever had one issue, called the office and it was resolved in a week. Also with being here for 4 years we've had 3 different mangers and Natalie is by far the BEST and have no complaints at all. The place it self is nice and I've felt at home for a while. We are moving out at the end of the month, nothing wrong with the place but our life has changed so we needed one. Loved Ridgeview and it's worth the price.

The walls can be a little thin with noisy neighbors, but nothing unbearable. Parking might be a problem with a lot of visitors, but again, nothing unbearable. I love the location and the comfortable size of the apartment. I haven't had problems paying the rent because I use the very convenient online feature. Natalie is great, the apartments are good. I'd recommend.

Grounds are well maintained. The apartments themselves are very nice. I personally have not had any interaction with management here. There is a limited amount of guest parking, especially on weekdays.

Loved Natalie the Manager there! She was always helpful and accommodating for my sons and myself. The apartment complex is great. Close to the I15 and to the airport. It was quiet and we felt it to be great on security and maintenance. If ever there was a problem it was solved generally within a few days. Definitely recommend living here.

Absolutely fabulous place to live if you're new to the area. North Salt Lake is quiet and these apartments are great. Maintenance and Natalie were a pleasure to work with and worked their hardest to fix any problems with the apartment. I never had problems with late fees because I always paid before it was due ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Natalie only wanted money from me! I can't believe it! Rent was due on the 1st and late after the 3rd. I was just 2 weeks late and she gave me a late fee! Sheesh! Doesn't she know that I have responsibilities that come first?! I have a Lexus that's $600 a month, 6 kids that need Air Jordan's, and a new guy I'm dating that needs me to pay his bills! Don't move here if you want to pay rent on time! You've been warned! Jk. You know it's great here! 💋

Natalie can be very busy, as she's the only person in the office and has to give tours of the grounds. She also has to follow up with the grounds keeping that occurs, and she has notices to post and everything. So yeah, occassionally it's a bit difficult to get in touch with the apartment manager. But Natalie is such a sweetheart! I have not been able to pay rent in full on time for quite a while, but as long as I've been in communication with Natalie - explaining that I can pay X$ now and the rest 2 weeks later, we're ok. I've never faced eviction, never had a feeling that I was a burden, and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Natalie and the apartment management team. The apartments are beautiful. The place is quite spacious and quiet. I would absolutely recommend these apartments to my friends because I know that they'll be taken care of. I've never had a maintenance issue that wasn't resolved quickly, never had a worry about if I can trust what I'm being told... I absolutely love Ridgeview Apartments!

I am so lucky to have found such a wonderful place to live!! The management and staff keep the property clean all the time! I always see them walking the property picking up liter(it's nice to see they care that much). As for problems with the apartment I've had two issues... But all I did was submit a work order and they were resolved within a week!!! :) which is amazing turn around time compared to other places I've lived. Great complex to live in!! I have tons of happy neighbors! Not to mention I think their work out facility is top notch!! :D The manager is so sweet, remembers my name, and always replies so quickly to my emails with any questions I have! =) YOU SHOULD HIGHLY CONSIDER RENTING HERE!! You will not be disappointed :) It's very sad that only disgruntled residents write reviews. I moved up here to SLC from Texas for a job. I only had a short amount of time to find a place to live. I researched like crazy reading reviews from all different websites, and I'm sad to say this apartment complex had very few reviews and they were not the best. Well I'm here to tell you, living here is one of the best decisions I could have made when moving to SLC.
